Study grants for international students (Unibo action 2) A. Y. 2013/14


The University of Bologna offers study grants to deserving international students who wish to register for first cycle, second cycle or single cycle Degree Programmes at the University of Bologna for A.Y. 2013-2014.

If you are an international student, of any nationality in possession of (or about to obtain) a qualification from an institute outside of the Italian system, you may apply for an annual study grant of €11,000 gross (Unibo action 2).
The call for applications will be published by January 2013 and by the deadline for receipt of applications you must already have passed the SAT or GRE tests.

Remember that the study grants are awarded on the basis of the following criteria:
  • the results of the SAT test if you wish to register in a first cycle and single cycle degree programme.
  • the results of the GRE test if you wish to register for a second cycle degree programme.
SAT and GRE test are aptitude and skills assessment tests. The tests can be sat in authorised centres in various countries around the world; they are held in English.  You must enrol for the tests on the websites of the authorised organisations.To send the results, for UNIBO the SAT code is 6993 and the GRE code is 7850.
Warning: you must have sat the SAT or GRE test by the deadline for receipt of applications.You must enrol for the only useful date for sitting the SAT test outside of the U.S.A. by 28/12/2012 (test date: 26/01/2013).
Students receiving a study grant under Unibo Action 2 for A.Y. 2012/13 may apply for a renewal for A.Y. 2013/14. More information will be given in the call for applications.
