Starting with the freshman application process for fall 2013 entry, Emory University will offer scholarship assistance to a select number of international undergraduate students.

What does the scholarship cover?
- Awards will range from partial to full tuition scholarships, and notifications will be sent to recipients at the time of regular decision release (by April 1).
- A limited number
- An international student is considered a student who is NOT a U.S. citizen and NOT a U.S. permanent resident.
- Students who hold F1, F2, J1, J2, or G series visas or other eligible non-citizens (humanitarian parole, Cuban-Haitian Entrant, refugee status, asylum) are considered international students.
- Admission is highly competitive and funding is limited.
- The committee will consider, but is not limited to, assessing a student’s academic achievement, potential to contribute to a global campus community, and financial need.
- The selection process will be particularly sensitive to applicants who would otherwise refrain from considering an Emory education due to cost restraints.
- This is close to NEED BLIND ADMISSIONS – if you can get in and have financial need then there is funding for you.
How to I Apply
- In order to be considered for an Emory International Scholarship, international students need simply apply with the Common Application and Supplement under our Regular Decision plan. No additional application forms are required.
