School of Public Policy Graduate Fellowship for International Students in Singapore, 2013

Description:
 The Scholarships/Fellowships below are offered on a competitive basis to recognize outstanding MPM candidates who have clearly demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and are committed to public service. A Scholarship/Fellowship fully finances the candidate’s education in the Master in Public Management Programme. Due to the prestige of the Scholarship/Fellowship, not all awards will be made unless there are candidates of sufficient merit. In addition to meeting the stringent criteria for entry into the MPM programme, all Fellows/Scholars should also demonstrate exceptional academic ability and professional distinction.



Eligibility: 
 Applicants seeking admission to the course for the degree of Master in Public Management MUST have:
-A good NUS Honors’ degree (second class and above) or equivalent (eg a four-year Bachelors degree with at least an average grade of B or equivalent), and at least eight years of relevant work experience;
-A good Bachelors degree and successful completion of a placement test, and at least eight years of relevant work experience;  exceptionally;
-A typical LKY Fellow usually has over 14 years of work experience;
-Other qualifications and experience may be accepted subject to approval by the NUS Board of Graduate Studies.

Your password is important and can be used with your application number (generated by the online application system) to access the following online facilities related to your application: Online Application Status Enquiry, Online Update of Contact Details or Online Reply to Offer of Admission.
Paper: To apply, download the: 2013 Application Booklet and send it by post.

Subject: Various Courses

Level: The fellowship is available for pursuing master’s degree.
Provider: The Government of Punjab and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy


For Whom: The fellowship is available to all nationals (except Singaporeans).

What does it cover? Each fellowship provides for the following expenses:
-A monthly stipend throughout the period of the award
-A one-time book allowance
-A one-time settling-in allowance
-Shared housing
-Tuition, examination, health insurance and other approved fees
-Tuition fees and accommodation at partner university
-Cost of travel from home country to Singapore on award of the Fellowship
-Cost of travel from Singapore to partner university
-Cost of travel from partner university to Singapore
-Cost of travel from Singapore to home country on graduation.

Notification: The outcome of the applications for the MPM 2013 programme will be announced around May 2013.
Deadline: The application deadline for applicants applying for financial aid is 15th February 2013.
